Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly clients, utilizing evidence-based tools to identify specific care needs and personalize treatment plans.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing emotional challenges, such as grief, anxiety, and depression, to facilitate healing and resilience in our elderly population.

• Develop and implement educational programs for staff and families, equipping them with strategies to improve the emotional well-being and quality of life for elderly individuals they care for.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on senior clients within a community health clinic setting. Counselors will address a variety of mental health issues prevalent in elderly populations, including but not limited to coping with the loss of loved ones, managing chronic health conditions, and adapting to significant life transitions. Compensation and Benefits\n
