Work Environment\n

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly residents to determine specific emotional and psychological care requirements.

• Offer individualized and group counseling sessions focused on addressing emotional challenges associated with aging, such as anxiety, depression, and grief.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary health teams, contributing expertise to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the unique needs of geriatric residents.

• Facilitate grief counseling sessions for residents and their families coping with end-of-life issues or significant losses.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to support elderly individuals who are grappling with various mental health challenges, including but not limited to, grief, depression, anxiety, and adjustment issues related to aging. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
