Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients, including pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies.

• Provide ongoing consultation and support in the creation of behavioral guidelines, positive behavior plans, and risk assessments.

• Complete all required clinical documentation in a timely manner, adhering to regulatory standards set forth by the state and clinic protocols.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement effective positive behavior support plans for clients.

• Assist in all licensing and accreditation processes, actively participating in quality assurance initiatives.

• Serve as a liaison to various service systems, state agencies, and community partners to expand resources available to clients.

• Foster open communication with clients and staff, consistently working to meet the needs of those we serve and uphold our clinic’s mission.

• Build and maintain productive relationships with local, state, federal, and private agencies to promote clinic services and secure funding opportunities.

• Engage in continuing education and professional development activities, such as attending workshops, conferences, and relevant task forces.

• Integrate the clinic's mission, values, and clinical philosophies in all aspects of treatment and community interaction.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support overall clinic functions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMHC will work with a diverse clientele, including those experiencing emotional distress, mental health challenges, and those recovering from substance use.
