Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients' mental health concerns and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific client challenges, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing techniques tailored to diverse client needs and therapeutic goals.

• Actively collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Provide pertinent education and support to clients' families, fostering an understanding of mental health issues and encouraging their involvement in the recovery process.

• Maintain organized and accurate client records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines to uphold the confidentiality and integrity of client information.

Qualifications\n
