Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for clients, accurately identifying co-occurring disorders and tailoring individualized treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that are aligned with the unique goals and needs of each client.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions to effectively address addiction issues, trauma backgrounds, and any underlying mental health conditions.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate the progress of clients throughout their rehabilitation journey, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on evolving needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and addiction specialists, to ensure that clients receive holistic care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health, addiction recovery principles, and available resources, empowering them with knowledge and skills.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records while adhering to legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The client population you will be serving consists mainly of individuals struggling with addiction, alongside a spectrum of mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Qualifications\n

• A completed Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
