Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans suited to each client’s needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short-term therapy to individuals, families, and groups.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and abide by ethical guidelines and state regulations while providing compassionate care.

• Regularly participate in professional development workshops and training sessions to stay current with emerging mental health research and methodologies.

• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive client care, participating in case meetings to discuss treatment strategies and progress.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of New York is mandatory.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• Strong knowledge of various therapeutic techniques and modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
