Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive diagnostic assessments and utilizing evidence-based screening tools to evaluate clients’ mental health status.

• Documenting client assessments and interventions accurately and promptly in the electronic medical record system to maintain up-to-date case information.

• Facilitating individual, group, and family counseling sessions, tailoring therapeutic strategies to meet the diverse needs of clients and their families.

• Coordinating with other healthcare providers as part of an interdisciplinary team to recommend appropriate services, referrals, and case management solutions.

• Performing safety and risk assessments to identify potential concerns and develop appropriate responses to safeguard client welfare.

• Providing psychoeducation and treatment resources to clients and their families, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of mental health interventions and support systems.
