Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations upon client intake to establish comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each individual's mental health needs.

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one counseling sessions to clients struggling with various mental health challenges including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that address shared experiences and provide psychoeducation, helping clients feel less isolated in their struggles.
\n
• Develop personalized treatment plans, setting measurable goals, with continuous adjustments based on client progress and feedback.
\n
• Assist clients in managing crises by providing immediate support, conducting risk assessments, and coordinating emergency intervention services when necessary.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mental health best practices through ongoing training, contributing to your professional development and enhancing service delivery.

• Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create a comprehensive care approach for clients.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a mental health counselor in the state of Florida, which includes passing a recognized state examination and fulfilling supervised clinical hours.

• A minimum of three years of supervised clinical experience, demonstrating a solid foundation in counseling practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
