Human Resources Generalist

yA growing organization in the Des Moines metro is looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalis t to take ownership of day-to-day HR functions and serve as a resource to both employees and leadership

• This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on across multiple areas of HR rather than specializing in just one. The person in this role will support recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compliance, performance management, and ongoing development of HR processes and programs

HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR is also a plu s.
