Qualifications Strong communication, organizational and multi‑tasking skills Excellent administrative, phone and interpersonal skills Must be able to demonstrate good judgment, self‑control and tact in dealing with co‑workers, staff and residents Experience with staffing and preparing work schedules Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant Education/Experience High school diploma or equivalent. 1 year of experience in an administrative or staffing/scheduling capacity.
