Our distribution center is hiring energetic, team oriented individuals to work in our fast pace warehouse! Working as Part-time Quality Control, you will help facilitate the movement of product throughout our distribution center to company owned branches. You will be responsible for auditing and inspecting product for quality and accuracy within all departments of the warehouse. This is an entry-level position based out of our distribution center located at 2001 Theurer Blvd, Winona, MN 55987. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Operating computer programs, RF scanners, and printers to label productAuditing various internal departments work to ensure complianceDocumenting discrepancies and entering dataReporting results of auditsMaintaining the cleanliness/organization of work areaComplying with health, safety and sustainability rules and expectationsParticipating in activities and programs that help the company achieve health, safety and sustainability objectivesLearning, passing, and practicing various environmental health and safety trainingsRequired Position Qualifications: The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:18 years of age or over, due to the nature of workProficient written and oral communication skillsProficient computer skillsHighly motivated, self directed and customer service orientedDemonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgencyLearn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environmentWork independently as well as in a team environmentWillingness to work a flexible schedule/extra time as neededDemonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamworkLift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 100lbsPass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)Compensation: The pay range for this position is $15/hr -20/hr.
