Job Description

 

• Deliver comprehensive clinical care to critically ill neonates, including assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based management of complex conditions
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Perform advanced clinical procedures and interventions within scope of NNP practice
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment protocols, and communicate outcomes with families and care team
• Support quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence in neonatal care
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications

 

Required:

• Current Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) licensure in Michigan
• National certification from ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred

• 2-5 years of clinical experience in neonatal or perinatal care settings
