This Is For An AM Sous Chef Role Darling Jack's, the latest restaurant from the owners of Barbuzzo, Little Nonna's and Bud & Marilyn's. We Are Seeking An AM Sous Chef To Join Our Team! Darling Jack's Is A 75 Seat Restaurant With Full Open Kitchen And 16 Seat Bar, It Is A Modern Take On An Old School Tavern. The AM Sous Chef Will Be In Charge Of Brunch And Lunch Services As Well As All Restaurant Production. Open Weekend Availability Is A Must. We Offer A Full Suite Of Benefits And Perks, Including Medical, Dental, Vision, A 401(k), Paid Time Off And Dining Discounts Within The Restaurant Group.

Our Ideal Candidate Thrives In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment With A Passion For All Thing's Food And Beverage. Has An Ability To Positively Lead Others While Multi-Tasking And Prioritizing Workloads. Must Believe In Quality By Consistently Upholding Defined Standards Over Time. Able To Provide Support To The Executive Chef And Guidance For Employees, Is Involved In The Day-To-Day Operations Of The Back Of House, And Collaborates And Communicates With Front Of House Team To Create Genuine Guest Experiences.

Experience And Qualifications:

Minimum 3 Years' Experience As A Sous Chef In Full Service, High Volume Restaurants.
Open Availability Including Weekends.
Flexible And Willingness To Adapt To Ongoing Changes.
Able To Inspire, Motivate, And Develop Employees.
Proven Track Record In Building High-Performing Teams.
Professional And Confident Verbal And Written Communication With Guests, Employees And Ownership.
