Assistant Branch Manager

Assistant Branch ManagerLiberty FCU, a full-service credit union, is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Branch Manager to assist with the daily operations and activities of the Northbrook Office located at 1100 W Buena Vista Rd Evansville, IN 47710. Candidates must possess exceptional service skills, professionalism, confidentiality, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills. This individual will be responsible for working with the Branch Manager to assure that policies and procedures are being followed while still providing excellent member service. Candidates must be available to work Saturdays on a rotating basis. Previous credit union or financial institution experience is desired.Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Serve as a primary Consumer Loan Officer.Serve as an Account Service Representative (ASR).Serve as a back-up Member Service Representative (MSR).Assist with balancing, loading, and maintaining all bank equipment.Supervise, open, and close the office in the absence of the Branch Manager or when necessary.Serve as Saturday manager or any other assigned position on a rotating basis or when necessary.Assist Branch Manager with cash drawer audits and MSR balancing.Serve as a combination holder for ATM processing and maintenance.Qualifications:Must have a HS diploma or GED and be at least 18 years of age.Must be able to work a flexible schedule and travel to other office locations when needed.Must be able to stand for long periods of time and do some heavy lifting.Must have 1-2 years of cash handling experience.Banking experience is desired.Benefits and Compensation:Bonus and incentive opportunitiesPaid HolidaysPaid Time Off (Vacation, Sick and Personal Days)Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance401(k) retirement program with matching fundsEmployer paid Group Term Life Insurance, Short Term and Long Term Disability InsuranceTuition Reimbursement ProgramLiberty FCU is an Equal Opportunity Employer, Minority/Female/Disability/Protected Veteran.
