Systems Analyst
$60 - $65 per hourAxelon
Pay Rate: $60 per hour - $65 per hour Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Evaluate current systems and recommend enhancements or new solutions.
- Create functional specifications, process flows, and system documentation.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers throughout the development lifecycle.
- Participate in system design, configuration, integration, and implementation activities.
- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect tracking.
- Provide support during system deployments and post-implementation activities.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare training materials and assist end users with new system adoption.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or a related IT role.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
- Knowledge of databases, system integrations, APIs, and enterprise applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
