Requirements:

• Valid OT license and authorization to practice in Oregon (or eligibility)
• Strong background working with school-aged children, K-12 preferred
• Ability to work full-time (37.5 hours/week) onsite only
• Available from 9/8/26 through 6/17/27
• Must provide contact details for three most recent supervisors (name, title/school, and email)—this is a firm requirement

Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to a diverse K-12 caseload
• Travel between school sites as an itinerant professional
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
