Seeking a Litigation Attorney with complex insurance coverage, coverage opinion, motion practice, deposition, and court experience, preferably admitted in both New York and New Jersey.

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with 4+ years of litigation experience to join a growing boutique litigation practice specializing in complex insurance coverage, commercial litigation, and subrogation recovery for the global reinsurance industry.

Responsibilities:

• Handle commercial litigation matters with minimal supervision.
• Analyze complex insurance coverage issues and prepare coverage opinions.
• Conduct extensive legal research and analysis.
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Handle depositions and prepare witnesses.
• Attend and represent clients at court appearances and hearings.
• Assist with subrogation recovery actions and complex insurance disputes.
• Develop case strategy and manage matters through various stages of litigation.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and other litigation professionals.
• Manage multiple matters while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality work product.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience with Insurance coverage/commercial litigation preferred.
• Strong experience analyzing complex insurance coverage issues.
• Experience preparing insurance coverage opinions.
• Demonstrated experience with motion practice, depositions, and court appearances.
• Ability to manage litigation matters with minimal supervision.
• Superior legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• New York and New Jersey Bar admission strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and case-management skills.
