Attorney Position

Seeking an Attorney to assist in all phases of litigation, including research, drafting pleadings, discovery, and motion practice.

We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with litigation experience to join a collaborative legal team. This role offers hands-on experience handling challenging litigation matters while working closely with experienced attorneys on case strategy, client advocacy, and trial preparation. Experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, or dental malpractice defense is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all phases of litigation from case inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation documents.
• Attend court appearances, hearings, depositions, mediations, and other litigation proceedings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy, legal analysis, and trial preparation.
• Manage case files, monitor deadlines, and maintain organized litigation records.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel.
• Support attorneys in preparing witnesses, exhibits, and other trial materials.
• Ensure timely completion of assignments while maintaining high-quality legal work.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the New Jersey Bar.
• 1+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, dental malpractice defense, or related litigation preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
