MRI Team Lead

MLR is partnering with a respected healthcare system to recruit an experienced MRI Team Lead . This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled MRI technologist to lead a dedicated team while ensuring high-quality imaging services and exceptional patient care. If you have strong leadership skills and technical expertise in MRI, this role could be an excellent fit for you.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the MRI department, ensuring high-quality imaging services are consistently delivered.
Oversee daily MRI operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to maintain efficiency.
Perform MRI exams and ensure all images meet diagnostic standards.
Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and outcomes.
Maintain and troubleshoot MRI equipment, ensuring adherence to safety, maintenance, and operational protocols.
Mentor and train MRI technologists, promoting professional growth and fostering a collaborative environment.
Monitor and manage department performance metrics, including patient satisfaction and service efficiency.

MRI Team Lead Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
ARRT certification in MRI required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an MRI Technologist.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
