Team Lead - Ultrasound

MLR is partnering with a reputable healthcare system to hire an experienced Team Lead for their Ultrasound team. This full-time, permanent, direct hire role offers an opportunity to oversee the ultrasound department's operations, ensuring exceptional patient care and diagnostic imaging while leading a skilled team of technologists.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise daily workflow and scheduling to optimize patient care and departmental efficiency.
Perform advanced ultrasound procedures, delivering precise, high-quality diagnostic images.
Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare staff to ensure accurate and timely results.
Oversee equipment maintenance, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Lead, mentor, and support ultrasound technologists, fostering professional growth and development.
Implement and monitor quality assurance measures to enhance departmental performance.

Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field.
RDMS or equivalent certification is required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a registered ultrasound technologist.
Prior leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
