ARRT Team Lead- MRI

MLR is collaborating with a respected healthcare system to recruit a skilled MRI Team Lead . This full-time position is ideal for an experienced MRI technologist who is ready to lead a team while ensuring the highest standards of imaging services and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Department Oversight: Manage the daily operations of the MRI department, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
Diagnostic Imaging: Perform high-quality MRI exams, ensuring diagnostic accuracy and patient comfort.
Collaboration: Work with radiologists and the healthcare team to deliver optimal patient care.
Equipment Maintenance: Maintain MRI equipment in good working order while adhering to safety protocols.
Quality Control: Implement quality control procedures to meet regulatory standards and optimize department performance.
Team Leadership: Mentor MRI technologists, fostering professional development and a collaborative environment.

ARRT Team Lead- MRI Qualifications:

Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
Certification: ARRT certification in MRI is required.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an MRI Technologist.
Leadership: Prior leadership experience preferred.
