We would love to discuss it with you in more detail!Accounting Manager ResponsibilitiesEnsures that all non-exempt accounting department employees are highly productive, execute their jobs in an efficient manner that meets company standards and customer expectationsSchedules staff to meet anticipated business demandsTrains new employees on process and proceduresParticipates in the selection of new employees and makes recommendation on disciplinary actions, performance evaluations and terminationAssists with completion of financial statements monthly according to dealership guidelines and the manufacture's format and time frameReconciles select accounts monthlyApproves adjustments to receivable accountsEnsures that all manufacture accounts including warranty claims, rebates, interest, protection, and co-op advertising accounts are current and accurateAssists in preparation of Month-End Bonus calculationsAssists in preparation of monthly detailed expense reportsAssists in completion of annual review/auditMaintains a follow-up system that encourages follow through with assigned projectsEstablishes personal performance goals that are consistent with company standards of productivity and devises a strategy to meet those goalsOther duties as assignedRequired Education and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent; and two or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Preferred Education and ExperienceA.A. degree in Accounting or equivalent; two to three year's related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience, previous experience in a position that involves handling cash is preferred as is supervisory experienceReady to Join?Apply now to learn more about what Premier Truck Group has to offer!Premier Truck Group is an equal opportunity employer.
