Job Summary: Answering multiple telephone calls from physicians; patients; and staff. Receive telephone calls from multiple departments and must transfer calls accordingly. Data entry of daily changes; verification of charges; reconciliation of charges; other data entry into Excel spreadsheets. Calling patients the day before appointments to inform them of their arrival times, schedule meetings for the Director and Clinical Leaders. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. An Associates Degree in Business or medical field is strongly desired. Previous medical secretary experience Strong computer experience preferred Lawrence General Hospital
