Office Assistant/ Scheduler

Caring Hearts Homecare is looking to hire an office assistant/ scheduler, someone who is self-driven, responsible, professional, and a team player.

Qualifications Include:

• Must have scheduling experience - Nursing/ HHA visits.
• Must have computer experience - Microsoft Word and Excel, able to create and maintain documents.
• Must be reliable and dependable.
• Must be organized and able to multitask efficiently.

Responsibilities Include:

• Creating and managing nurses and aide visit schedules daily.
• Monitor all visits and make sure that they are scheduled appropriately and in a timely manner.
• Find coverage when a nurse or aide is not able to work.
• Call and confirm nurses' and aides' schedules.
• Working on daily reports/ administrative reports per office procedures.
• Answering phone calls.
• Provide administrative support.
• Assist in keeping the office neat and clean.
• Perform other office duties as required.
