This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive, streamlined environment, allowing you to focus on what you do best, improving lives through routine chiropractic care. As Clinic Director, you will help with the day-to-day operations with the ownership team and other Clinic Directors at other locations.Key ResponsibilitiesConsult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, examining, and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systemsPerform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to correct musculoskeletal conditionsEducate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plansMaintain accurate and timely patient recordsArrange for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze resultsBuild positive doctor-patient relationshipsSupport membership sales through care-focused conversationsQualificationsDoctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited collegeValid DC license in the applicable statePassing scores for NBCE Parts I–IV or recent SPEC examEligibility for malpractice insuranceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsScheduleThis role requires availability Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays as needed.
