Job Description
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to address challenges or delays.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Communicate project updates and status to stakeholders effectively.
- Manage project budgets, including cost tracking and reporting.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
