Work Environment

You will work primarily in patients' homes, creating a comfortable and personalized environment that promotes recovery. This onsite work setting allows you to build one-on-one relationships with patients, understanding their needs on a more personal level while adapting treatments to their living conditions. With a work schedule of Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, this role allows for a structured work-life balance, making it easier to dedicate yourself fully to patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations using standardized testing methods.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving functional mobility, strength, and pain management.
• Utilize diverse therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to achieve patient goals.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously using the WebPT electronic medical record system, ensuring that all interactions are recorded accurately for ongoing adjustments and continuity of care.
• Communicate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and case managers, to coordinate care and address specific patient needs.
• Provide patient education on injury prevention, home exercises, and wellness strategies to promote self-management and long-term health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adult patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and conditions related to chronic pain. Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Possess an active Physical Therapist license in California or be eligible for licensing.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage.
