Responsabilidades clave
- Liderar y supervisar las operaciones diarias de Back of House.
- Entrenar, formar y desarrollar a los miembros del equipo de cocina.
- Mantener los estndares de Chick-fil-A en cuanto a calidad, seguridad y limpieza alimentaria.
- Asegura un funcionamiento eficiente de la cocina durante los periodos de mayor actividad.
- Apoyar la adecuada dotacin de personal y productividad laboral.
- Crea un ambiente laboral positivo, responsable y centrado en el equipo.
- Ayudar en la gestin de inventarios, la reduccin de residuos alimentarios y la eficiencia operativa.
- Identifica oportunidades para mejorar el rendimiento en la cocina.
- Comuncate eficazmente con la direccin de la recepcin y del restaurante.
- Lidera con el ejemplo a travs de una tica de trabajo slida, profesionalidad y liderazgo de servicio.
Cualificaciones
- Se prefiere experiencia previa en liderazgo en restaurantes o servicios de restauracin.
- Slidas habilidades de comunicacin y gestin de personas.
- Capacidad para liderar y motivar a un equipo en un entorno acelerado.
- Comprensin de la seguridad alimentaria, limpieza y normas operativas.
- Fiable, organizado y proactivo.
- Capacidad para formar a los empleados y abordar preocupaciones de rendimiento.
- Disposicin para trabajar junto a los miembros del equipo durante turnos de mayor actividad.
- Tener experiencia previa en Chick-fil-A es un plus, pero no obligatorio.
