Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled CT Tech for a travel assignment at a medical facility. The role involves performing computed tomography scans in a fast-paced environment, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining high-quality imaging standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate GE 64 Slice CT equipment to perform diagnostic imaging procedures.
• Assist in preparing patients and explaining procedures to ensure comfort and cooperation.
• Maintain adherence to safety protocols and infection control policies.
• Document procedures accurately in the Meditech documentation system.
• Collaborate with radiology team to ensure efficient workflow and patient care.
• Follow unit-specific policies including dress code, grooming, and body art guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Hold ARRT certification in CT.
• Have at least 1 year of recent CT technologist experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with GE 64 Slice CT scanners.
• Possess excellent patient care and communication skills.
• Be able to work weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday, 7P-7A).
• Maintain compliance with hospital-specific dress and appearance policies.
