What you'll do...

As part of the Emerging Tech team, this role is centered on deep technical execution and advanced modeling. As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll focus on developing and experimenting with deep learning and multimodal generative models, working closely with engineers to bring research-grade ideas into real production systems.

As a Senior Data Scientist you will:

• Contribute as ahands-onbuilder focused on model development and rapid experimentation.

• Execute complexdeeplearningand multimodal modeling work with a production mindset.

• Partner closely with engineering to deploy,monitor, and iterate on models in production.

• Influence adjacent teams through strong technical judgment and collaboration.

• Thrive in fastmoving, ambiguous spaces where learning fast and shipping value matters.

Experience we are looking for:

• 3-6+ years in data science, deep learning, or applied ML.

• Proven,hands-onexpertisewith moderndeeplearningframeworks.

• Experience training, finetuning, and evaluating large models.

• Ability to work with large datasets and curatedomainspecifictraining data.

• Track recordof close collaboration with engineering partners.

• Strong analytical skills and clear, concise communication.

• Research mindset withrealworld impact; publications are a plus, not a requirement.

Bellevue, Washington US-11663: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Option 1- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 3 years' experience in an analytics related field. Option 3 - 5 years' experience in an analytics or related field.
