ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2025 after spending eight years as a State Farm team member, knowing early on that agency ownership was always my goal. That experience gave me a strong understanding of what it takes to run an organized, productive office and how to support team members in a way that’s clear, fair, and growth-focused.

I’m a graduate of Lake Forest College, where I played football, and I’m an avid golfer who enjoys traveling and staying active. Giving back locally is important to me, and I stay involved with area high schools, sponsor golf outings, and participate in community events like cookie walks and “Snacks with Santa” in the Midway community.

Our office is a close-knit, team-first environment with a very structured and intentional workday. Everyone knows what they’re responsible for — from leads and calls to daily priorities — allowing us to work efficiently from 9–5 while still maintaining a healthy work-life balance. When we’re in the office, we’re focused, accountable, and committed to taking great care of our customers.

For our team, we offer 10 days of PTO plus sick time, licensing reimbursement, and a strong emphasis on balance and flexibility. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Blake Waller - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
