Eldion Pajollari Agency State Farm Insurance is looking for a sales-driven Multiline Representative to actively produce new business and expand our book across two high-traffic suburban Philadelphia locations. This is not a passive service role it is a production-focused position built for professionals who thrive on goals, activity, and closing. The Eldion Pajollari Agency is offering a base salary plus commission and performance bonuses, uncapped earning potential tied directly to production, clear advancement opportunities within a growing agency, and ongoing sales coaching and development.

Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license required prior to starting. If not currently licensed, the PA P&C license must be obtained before Day 1. Pennsylvania Life, Accident & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of hire. Full licensing guidance and onboarding support provided.

What we're looking for includes a sales-dominant mindset with strong closing ability, comfortable prospecting and handling objections, goal-oriented and driven by performance-based income, strong communication and follow-up discipline, and prior sales or insurance experience preferred.
