Bar Manager Qualifications At ease with high guest traffic counts - previous experience working in an establishment that did $7 million-plus in annualized sales. Possesses exceptional craft cocktail and beer knowledge to identify revenue streams and close opportunity gaps, and develop the surrounding team. Fluent in providing guidance and oversight to 30+ immediate direct reports.
