Job Title: Production Operator
Pay: $20.82 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday | 2:30pm to 10:30pm
Start Date: ASAP

As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in operating machinery, ensuring quality products, and maintaining a safe work environment. You'll work closely with our team to meet production targets while upholding high standards of safety and quality.


What You'll Do
As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for

• Operating production equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitoring machine performance and making basic adjustments
• Reading work instructions, production specifications, and blueprints
• Inspecting finished products with gauges and measuring tools
• Performing basic machine cleaning and preventative maintenance
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Supporting production goals while ensuring quality standards
• Lifting materials weighing up to 40 pounds throughout the shift

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have

• High School Diploma or GED
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to read work instructions and blueprints
• Basic math and measuring skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
