Location: Mechanic Falls, ME
Pay: $21-$27 per hour (+$3 for 2nd shift)
Schedules:
4-Day Workweek = 3-Day Weekends Every Week
Day Shift: Monday–Thursday | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM (+ $3 differential)
We’re looking for skilled professionals with 3–5+ years of experience who are comfortable with automation support, and manufacturing processes .
What You’ll Do
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment
Support automation processes and continuous improvement initiatives
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Conduct detailed quality inspections to ensure tight tolerances
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent
3–5 years of machine operation experience in a manufacturing setting
Experience with lathes and automated equipment is Highly Preferred !
Ability to read blueprints and perform shop math
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Ability to stand for 10hr shifts and lift up to 50lbs consistently
