Staff Development Coordinator Infection Preventionist

Join our team at Hampden Post Acute as a Staff Development Coordinator Infection Preventionist (SDC IP). Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services Full-time, days (Monday - Friday 9:00am- 5:00pm) Range: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 annually Responsibilities Ensure the center has appropriate levels of staffing and nursing care at all times. Provide education to existing staff and ensure medical documentation and education documents are orderly filed. Run and assist with employee training and orientation. Assist with admissions when needed, and with the overall flow of the nursing department and units. Qualifications Must possess a current, unencumbered, active LPN or RN license in Massachusetts. Prior experience as a Staff Development Coordinator, or Infection Preventionist within a nursing center or healthcare setting. Ability to build strong relationships and gain support from staff.
