As a Security Officer Patrol Documentation Officer in Charlotte, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents. This role blends customer service, communication, and professionalism while supporting a caring, team-driven culture built on agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention.
• Monitor access to the location by observing visitor activity, verifying credentials when required, and reporting suspicious behavior to help support site protocols.
• Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence, assisting employees and visitors with directions and/or general information, and reporting maintenance or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
