Gatehouse/Front Desk Security Officer Title: Gatehouse/Front Desk Security Officer Rate of Pay: $18.00 per hour + shift differential, benefits and perks! Join us in making a difference in the community and in the lives of our residents. We are looking for a hospitality-focused Gatehouse/Front Desk Security Officer to join our team! This position is responsible for verifying and documenting the scheduled presence of all guests, visitors, vendors and third-party contractors entering the property. Key Responsibilities Logs in every person that enters the property, such as guests, contractors, vendors, etc., and directs traffic on campus property. Logs in the times of the daily activities of security staff within the community (interior, exterior patrols and emergency calls). May perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required. Previous customer service experience required. Previous security experience preferred. Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic. Familiarity with basic computer systems and Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
