Job Details Job Location: Antelope Valley - Lancaster, CA Salary: $25.00 per hour. Master’s Level Behavior Therapist in the Antelope Valley Area. Responsibilities Collaborate with BCBAs to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy, primarily in home and school settings, with some clinic and telehealth settings. Work within therapists’ standards to provide kind, compassionate, and ethical care, while being recognized as an individual within our family of teammates. Collect data to track current needs and progress toward treatment goals. Participate in clinical team meetings to report client progress and receive specific feedback from supervisors. Support in shaping behavior and inspiring growth in others. Implement behavior management procedures and individualized direct intervention for clients. Complete session notes and medical documentation for services. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related human services field. At least 2 years of experience supporting individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities. Strong clinical consistency and dedication to care within the ABA population. Ability to clear FBI, DOJ, and TB testing. Access to reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and automobile insurance. COVID‑19 vaccination where required by schools/organizations. Certifications such as RBT or PRT are highly valued. Physical Requirements Due to the active and physical nature of this position, the candidate must be able to stand, sit, lift at least 30 pounds, bend, kneel, twist, run, and speak articulately.
