Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is the geriatric population, which presents unique mental health challenges. Older adults may suffer from a variety of mental health disorders compounded by physical health issues and loss of social contacts. As a licensed therapist, you will work directly with these individuals and their families, addressing conditions like depression, anxiety, and cognitive decline, to foster improved mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold a current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Psychologist.

• Preferred candidates will have at least two years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting.

• Strong knowledge of geriatric mental health disorders and effective treatment methodologies is essential.

• Experience providing therapy to older adults on both an individual and family basis is strongly desired.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, along with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
