Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans for clients, employing your clinical judgment to address their mental health needs.
• Utilize various telehealth tools for effective communication, including video sessions, audio messaging, and digital goal tracking, enhancing the client experience.
• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment modalities as necessary, ensuring ongoing support and intervention to meet their evolving needs.
• Engage in collaborative case consultations with peers on the platform, facilitating professional growth and shared learning.
• Participate in marketing your services through a personalized online profile, helping to attract clients that align with your specialization and expertise.
• Provide educational materials and resources to clients to aid in their understanding of therapy and foster their self-management skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Telehealth LPCC, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adult clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship issues, and grief. Our platform is designed to ensure that you connect with clients who are best suited to your skills, offering a rewarding counseling experience without the pressure of managing severe mental health cases or unprepared patients.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Counseling or a related field.
• Valid and unrestricted LPCC license with no past disciplinary actions.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and access to a PC or laptop (tablets not supported).
• Proficiency with digital communication tools and an eagerness to embrace technology in delivering mental health care.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with low–acuity mental health issues, preferably in a telehealth setting.
• Proven ability to build rapport and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients in a virtual environment.
• Familiarity with online assessment tools and therapeutic modalities utilized in teletherapy.
• Previous involvement in professional consultations or peer networking platforms.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and level of expertise.
