Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and intake interviews to understand clients' mental health needs and establish treatment plans.
• Provide individualized counseling sessions to low acuity adult clients dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship issues, weight disorders, and grief.
• Utilize an all-in-one platform to engage with clients through various tools, including therapeutic journal entries, clinical worksheets, and structured goal-setting programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions using our secure digital systems.
• Use clinical judgment and expertise to adapt treatment modalities to fit clients’ specific circumstances and needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will focus exclusively on stable, low acuity adults, which allows for meaningful therapeutic relationships. You will work with clients who are seeking help for common mental health challenges, ensuring a positive and productive counseling experience. By minimizing the complexity of cases, we aim to create a supportive space for healing and personal growth.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Counseling or a related field.
• An active LPCC license without any disciplinary actions.
• A reliable internet connection, and a working desktop or laptop computer (tablets are not compatible).

Preferred Experience

• Experience in telehealth or remote counseling services is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
