Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as an LPCC will involve a variety of critical tasks aimed at enhancing the mental health of your clients. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive Psychosocial Assessments to capture client history, mental status, and psychosocial factors that contribute to their current challenges.

• Offering tailored individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques and therapeutic modalities suited to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Developing and documenting personalized treatment plans with measurable goals and outcomes, ensuring alignment with clients' evolving needs.

• Monitoring and recording patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize care and promote recovery.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including case managers and other mental health professionals, to provide holistic client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with adults experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active LPCC license issued by the state of California.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a counseling or mental health setting.

• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
