Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, effectively establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Develop, implement, and review person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's specific goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of session notes and client progress.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand client needs and formulate treatment strategies.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions each week while promoting client engagement and self-efficacy.
• Engage in regular individual supervision to enhance skills, receive feedback, and ensure clinical growth.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on youth facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral disorders. As an LPCC, you will work closely with adolescents and their families, implementing therapeutic techniques that promote resilience and emotional well-being. Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of one year of clinical experience working with psychiatric patients, particularly in youth and substance abuse populations.

Compensation and Benefits
