Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments during initial consultations to identify clients' background, presenting concerns, and treatment objectives.
• Utilize evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based practices, or trauma-informed approaches to guide therapy sessions.
• Craft personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, adapting interventions to meet their individual needs and adjusting based on ongoing feedback.
• Regularly evaluate and document clients' progress towards their therapeutic goals to ensure continuous improvement and effective care.
• Uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality, ethical integrity, and adherence to relevant legal regulations within all therapeutic interactions.
• Participate actively in ongoing professional development, engaging in training and workshops to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about best practices.
• Establish and maintain a strong therapeutic alliance, creating a supportive environment that encourages clients to explore their challenges and celebrate their progress.
• Offer practical strategies and support to clients facing life challenges, fostering their resilience and empowerment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clientele you will work with primarily includes individuals undergoing detoxification from substance use, along with their families. Each client presents unique needs and backgrounds, and as an LCSW at Omni Healing Counseling, you will have the chance to build meaningful relationships and facilitate transformative experiences that support their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is a prerequisite for this role.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is mandatory.
