Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and craft personalized treatment plans, drawing from best practices and evidence-based interventions. Familiarize yourself with individualized patient histories to inform your approach.

• Implement and oversee therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting these techniques to resonate with each client’s unique circumstances.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Document treatment progress, patient interactions, and any changes in patient status accurately and in real-time.

• Actively participate in case consultations and team meetings, collaborating with fellow therapists and medical professionals to continually enhance service quality and patient care.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health topics, treatment modalities, and available community resources that may assist them during their hospice journeys.

• Stay informed of the latest advancements in mental health care, integrating new knowledge into your practice to ensure the highest standard of care for your clients.

As an LCSW, you will engage with a diverse patient population, including individuals with terminal illnesses and their families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
