Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to thoroughly understand each client's mental health concerns, formulating individualized treatment plans based on their needs.
• Provide personalized one-on-one therapy using evidence-based modalities, ensuring a tailored approach that aligns with clients' therapeutic goals and preferences.
• Collaborate with clients to establish and monitor therapeutic objectives, conducting regular check-ins to assess progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Offer teletherapy services for clients who may prefer virtual sessions or face barriers to accessing in-person care, ensuring flexibility in treatment delivery.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and prompt documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes, adhering to all ethical and regulatory standards.
• Engage in continuous professional growth through training, workshops, and peer collaboration, expanding your clinical skills and staying informed of best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses on treating a diverse population of clients in a detox center environment, including individuals experiencing substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health issues, and crisis situations. You will work with clients from various backgrounds and demographics, utilizing culturally competent approaches to treatment and support. Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A current, valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation with no disciplinary actions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with clients from varied backgrounds.
