Key Responsibilities\n

• Evaluate the mental health needs of senior clients through comprehensive assessments, to understand their unique challenges and develop tailored care strategies.

• Conduct counseling sessions via telehealth platforms, providing psychoeducation and therapeutic interventions for adults and seniors.
\n
• Coordinate resources by researching local community services, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support beyond therapeutic sessions.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting progress notes that align with compliance standards and contribute to personalized treatment plans.
\n
• Work collaboratively with other health care providers within our community health clinic to foster a holistic approach to mental health care.
\n
• Act as an Independent Contractor, managing caseloads effectively while adhering to deadlines and treatment goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on serving the elder demographic, addressing the intricate emotional and psychological needs that often accompany aging. Given the complexity of geriatric mental health, the LCSW will play a crucial role in enhancing seniors’ quality of life, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. Through a strengths-based approach, you will empower clients to cope with life transitions and promote resilience within the community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• Proficiency with technology, particularly in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and remote communication tools.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as the capacity to manage a robust caseload in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
