Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to understand the psychosocial needs of clients, helping them achieve their goals.

• Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) in collaboration with clients and their families.

• Monitor and evaluate outcomes, actively participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress.

• Provide emotional and practical support to seniors and their families, focusing on promoting mental health and enhancing coping strategies.

• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations pertaining to clinical practice.

• Administer psychological evaluations and assessments to aid in the diagnostic process.

• Build rapport with clients and their families to foster trust and enhance the therapeutic relationship.

• Facilitate workshops and support groups aimed at empowering seniors and their families with mental health resources and skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of your role will be to assist seniors coping with various mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, and adjustment disorders. You will work closely with families navigating caregiving challenges and transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
