Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Providence Counseling, you will:

• Implement therapeutic interventions including, but not limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), using techniques tailored to support clients in navigating their mental health challenges.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and internal protocols, ensuring a high standard of patient confidentiality and quality care.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other essential mental health professionals, ensuring an integrative approach to patient care.

• Participate in ongoing case consultations and peer review meetings, sharing insights and strategies to refine therapeutic practices and improve client outcomes.
